Delivery timelines:

  • International: 7–14 business days (customs may delay delivery).

Refund & Return Policy

We accept refund/replacement only if:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective.
  • The wrong product was delivered.

To claim a refund/replacement:
 Email us within 48 hours of delivery.
 Include clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days back to the original payment method.
